Terry and Matthew are both very knowledgeable about cycling and bikes. They are always very helpful when I've called or been in the store
Last week I was about to die having to push myself through a horrible 3 mile run. Went to trails and treads on Saturday. Got help picking out the "right" shoe for me. Tonight I ran 7 miles and it felt great!!! Thank you guys so much!
I went in the store not knowing what I was looking for (yea..i know!!..) nevertheless I got the best customer service anybody could ask for!!..
