My name is Erica Horsley. I applied for the Covid 19 grant and was approved. Abby decided to mail my check in the mail 9-28-20 and it’s been over a week and I have not received it! Where is my check????? And was it really mailed on September 28th 2020?????? It has never taken a week for me to receive a check that was mailed locally!!!!!!! RecommendedI have been with Trailhead for many years the staff are great very friendly and professional. And my money safe... any sign of suspicious activity in my account they are quick to call for confirmation. I like that. I just cant say enough about this financial institution and do let people know this as well

Terrible customer service. Something has changed horribly with trailhead. I have been trying to get my issue resolved since October 25th and it is now November 12th. Every time I call in a different person answers the phone. Every time I ask my question I am told I will be put "on a brief hold" and am sent back to the automated system. I even went in to the branch and was assured that my issue was resolved and would be reflected on my account on the next business day. It wasn't. Been a happy member for years, until recently. They post your transactions out of order so they can charge you more in overdraft fees (which is ILLEGAL). And there has been a ridiculous amount of fraud on my account, which usually takes WEEKS to resolve. The last time it happened, my account was overdrawn for almost two weeks until they reversed the charges. Any other bank would take care of it immediately. Countless times my card has been canceled while traveling, and no one in customer service is ever willing/able to help.... read more

They have a great team of people working there. They always make time for you no matter what. I love what they offer to the members for perks, Better than others I have seen around Portland.
