I just went in today to pick up my bike from it's tuneup, I never expected to get extra service! Tommy was EXTREMELY helpful and patient in helping me out with my handlebar stem. Another associate asked if I needed anything while Tommy worked on my bike, and yet another associate told me to have a nice day when I left. Quality service. The lovable Blue Heeler was an amazing bonus!

I needed help with a warrantee problem with a Thule rack. I found Trailhead because they are a Thule dealer. I had never been a customer before, but Tommy and the rest of the staff bent over backwards to help me resolve my problem. It was time-consuming for them, but their customer service was outstanding!
