Tommy and his staff are very knowledgeable of the products they sell and will stand behind them all the way. They truly have a passion for biking. They don’t just sell bikes they live and breath it. They want to see you leave riding the right bike for your abilities on any level.

My family and I were going on a bike outing and one of the parts on the bike broke at 5:10pm. I called Trailhead and talked to Jason, who said they close at 5:30 and to get there as soon as I could. I pulled in at 5:32, not only did they keep the store open for me but they also gave me the part for free out of their extra parts pile. It was exactly what I needed. Great shop with superior customer service. Tommy helped me narrow down the perfect bike for my needs and made the process easy and efficient.
Had some work done end of last month and was done on time and very fairly priced: tires, tube, and tuneup. Customer service was excellent! Drive from Decatur is well worth it.
Went there to get some work done on my fat tires, stayed there for awesome staff. James was professional and kind to my kids. Not to mention Sipsy is one of the chillest dogs i've met. After moving here from Alaska, this is now my bike home.
