I love this store and the employees! Always helpful and actually GOOD at their job- they know their products! Special shout-out to Biagio who helped my sister and me when we arrived in a frenzied panic after we realized we forgot a TENT for our SHT thru-hike......he went through all the tents with us and helped us pick out (and set up in the store) a perfect replacement for a really important trip. Mid-trip our water filter clogged (gotta love beaver ponds) and they helped our mom find a replacement by calling all around Dul... read more
