Top quality products with a helpful staff second to none
This store and their employees went above and beyond! My grandson was in a very tragic car accident where his little sister and his mom did not survive. My grandson was airlifted to HCMC where he was in picu for two weeks. The day off the accident, he had purchased himself a new Patagonia jacket and it was never recovered Trail Fitters heard about his story and ordered him a brand new jacket! It's the little things like this that make my heart Happy and I will always choose this store over the others!
They always have what I need!! I rarely go in there without wishing for over 1/2 of what I see!
I don't think there has ever been a time that we have gone to this store and not gotten the help we needed! Went there today for hiking boots for 2 of our kids. The staff were great at making sure the girls had the right size boots. Thank you Trail Fitters!!
Outstanding customer service and great product selection! Sam, Pat, and Danielle were all very helpful. Received a referral from Ski Hut since they didn't have hiking backpacks and decided to check this place out. Can't wait to go back again to stock up soon! My new go-to outdoor supplies store, thanks y'all. ^_^
