Overall wasn’t very happy with my experience. We negotiated prices the day before but they did not honor anything we talked about like throwing in the spare and price matching what they had online. I also needed more frame support and they offered to weld support in if I bought the steel. I asked if they’d paint the steel too and they said yes but it’s not painted. When I asked about it I was told only the bottom of the new steel needed paint which is not true. So now I get to take the boards off and paint the steel so my br... read more
Daniel worked really hard to accommodate me as the customer . The trailer I had an appointment to get . Wasn’t on the lot. So I had to upgrade at a higher price. But with some negotiating Daniel got me a deal I could live with. I would have given 5 stars had the trailer I was talking about via chat with a non human should have indicated I needed to put a deposit to hold !
Getting out trailer was very quick and easy thanks to the team at TrailersPlus. They were extremely helpful and had us in and out without any issues.
