Absolutely terrible customer service. We went with cash in hand . They had the door locked due to Covid no employees came out to greet us and when we knocked on the door they didn’t come to it. We called the 800 number and was told we needed an appointment. Mind you there were two employees inside and no customers. They told us on the phone we could come back in 2 hours. Sorry we will never be back and will gladly take our money elsewhere.
This place sells some of the most unsafe trailers I’ve ever seen. I purchased mine from them to haul our $45,000 in family toys, within the first two weeks the welds started breaking on the trailer, the trailer brakes didn’t work, heck they had to replace light before we got it off the lot. Recently went to your lot twice to buy a trailer from you and both times I called and knocked on your door just like your sign asked to do, I seen people inside yet you did not answer door or phone and I know you seen me knocking. Took my money to Kaveman trailers in Kuna and could not be happier with the service they provided. TrailerPlus, you get ZERO stars.
Review - 0 stars. There is a review for TP that says, what matters is how the company responds to a problem. A TP customer traded in his trailer to us and said TP had never given him an MSO (title). TP said, "he is up the creek without a paddle" - every other manufacturer will send a duplicate MSO, some charge $50- $100. TP is unwilling to help in any way. Since TP has no documentation proving they sent the MSO, I'm hoping they will have to pay the court costs. TP is not responding.

Muy mal servicio. Cuidado con el que habla español. Miente para vender y no se queda con su palabra. Lleven a alguien que les traduzca lo que firman porque el señor miente sobre lo que uno firma tan solo para robarte. Bad Service, pushy sales by Lying to sell you a trailer then not keeping their word, do recommend at all.
I called and called but nobody would call me back ! I guess from the reviews online they were saving me for buying a poorly built trailer
