The supervisory staff treats its employees like garbage. One guy got hurt because of the neglegence of another employee (one of the supervisors son), and he got laid off due to "lack of work". While the supervisors son, worked there another 22 months. The guy who was hurt, had 17 stitches in The muscle and another 8 on the outside, and was put on light duty since it was his dominate hand. This type of favoritism is completely justifiable.
Nobody there gate was closed at noon on Monday nobody answered the phone and no call back they really done want to sell anything
Very disappointed staff was awful!! Definitely would not recommend. Company needs to be aware that staff could care less about selling trailers.
When we called in, Chris was extremely friendly and very helpful. We were looking to buy a utility trailer for home projects and other smaller loads. We decided what we needed, so we went to their lot on MLK. Everyone was helpful, professional, and extremely polite. We bought a 6x10 pipe top, wood treated trailer. They gave us a great price. I'm starting to regret my purchase from Lodi location. The sales person was calling me about every other day when I was looking to purchase my trailer. Needless to say I bought a trailer from them. About 2 or 3 weeks later one of my hubs was leaking grease. They had me bring it in and I was told there was no damage to seal and they re packed with grease. It appears there are new people operating this location. Previously I was happy with the service but now I'm quite disappointed. Myself and another car had to wait on the side of the road until the gate was unlocked at 10:45 in the morning. I was told my trailer could be fixed that day but I opted to wait until the next day giving them plenty of time to work on it. It's now the 3rd day. The local phone number listed is out of service. Extremely happy with our experience with Trailers Plus. Gary Oldham was very informative, polite and professional. He answered all of our questions and his crew got the trailer prepared and ready for us. We are now the proud owners of a Trailer's Plus Carry-On black enclosed trailer! Thanks guys!
DISAPPOINTED. I brought a utility trailer to these guys and gave them two weeks (a week more than they claimed they needed) to re-wire the trailer and replace the jack. I called and double-checked on it being acomplished before coming to get it. when I got there, work was incomplete and what was done had to be redone. I wasted $100.00 Two untrained, inexperienced yo-yos work there. Neither take pride in their work. Go somewhere else!
I tried to work with both Lodi and Fresno, as these are the two branches closest to our location. Both branches of this factory direct company, are franchised, owned by one man who owns 40 something of the 80 +dealerships that Interstate trailers has nation wide. We found both branches really talk up or believe in their product but tack on what they call a "Convenience Fee" this is them charging you for doing the paperwork they get paid to do by buying the trailer from them or they mark up 700+ dollars from where it is adver... read more
