Absolutely terrible customer service. We went with cash in hand . They had the door locked due to Covid no employees came out to greet us and when we knocked on the door they didn’t come to it. We called the 800 number and was told we needed an appointment. Mind you there were two employees inside and no customers. They told us on the phone we could come back in 2 hours. Sorry we will never be back and will gladly take our money elsewhere.
Called to check if sale price was actual price . Guy didn’t have the trailer that was listed , so he wanted to sell me a different trailer than what I called about . I told him I knew what trailer I wanted . So he told me there is one in Lakeland , further than where I wanted to go however I am willing to travel to get what I wanted . This place is a joke. I called and made an appt for 11am to buy a trailer. I drive 3hrs to get there and when I do, the gate is locked. After sitting there for 15-20min I see a guy pull up and unlock the gate so I told him I was there to buy a trailer and he was nice enough to let me in. Lol After he let me in I tell him which trailer I am there to get and he says “all computers are locked out until Noon because we are on lunch”. TrailersPlus does not actually have the inventory they display on facebook marketplace. When inquiring online through the facebook marketplace app, a response requesting I call into their office auto-replies, no problem, but then their customer service rep states that the product does not exist and tells me that a more expensive product exists. Why waste my time?

I have cash to buy a trailer. I tried to reserve a trailer online, and their system wouldn’t let me. I called to speak about it and schedule an appointment as per their policy. The call got disconnected but I got no call back. I called and called and called while driving down to get a trailer. When I arrived with my wife and children I was told I had to call to make an appointment. I explained I did and kept trying to call as I drove down. Our first two trailers were purchased here. We were happy with them at first as service seemed good and they were friendly and we planned on outfitting our fleet with trailers from them, but we quickly realized that after the sale, their service takes a huge downturn. They did some work on our trailer to get ready for the season which included making sure all the bearings were replaced and everything was checked to make sure it was all ready to go.
