I think you guys are fake I have been trying to buy a trailer from you guys for two weeks and all I get is that you guys are extremely busy and that I need to make an appointment and pay 50$ dollars to reserve a trailer that I haven’t even seen. Finally I make an appointment in Fresno and two hours before my appointment I get canceled it’s a waist of my time to make an appointment to buy a trailer from TrailerPlus when there’s other companies with much better customer service.
Wait times are terrible don’t show up a minute earlier then your appointment because they won’t help you and will turn you away. After finally getting on the lot we had too wait another 30-45 minutes before we where helped because the previous appointment kept adding things and they continued too let him run past his time. If it hadn’t been for them being the only ones around with what I wanted I would’ve went else where and I definitely won’t be back in the future!
Bout a tilt deck trailer great deal. But had break problems. Took in 3 times said they fixed all 3 times. It was not fixed almost wrecked my truck with the trailer with a load on it. Break blew apart do to bad workmanship. This could have killed someone. There response was not there problem.
Having to make an appointment just to look at trailers was ridiculous but we did it anyway because they had what we wanted for a good price. Arrived at our appointment time, called the phone number on the sign then was routed to another location and then to have to wait until they get ahold of someone at the location you are waiting at is a waste of my time. RecommendedWas having a tire wear and heat issue on our race trailer.... Trailers Plus replaced an axle and upgraded all my leaf spring hardware to a newer grease-able design. I’ve now had FOUR years of great wearing tires and tire temps all stay stable! They also replaced an aluminum panel for me and did a great job on that also. Thanks guys!

Trailer is junk less than a year old brakes are going out and had to have another trailer company fix the rear door because trailers plus wouldn’t do it. If your going to spend your money else where. The don’t answer their phone and when you leave a message they don’t call you back .
