literally out front of the business to buy a trailer and get told appointments only up until 2:30pm! what a joke

Called on the phone and was put in the queue, only to get “leave a message.” Went to their location and was told “Saturday’s were appointment only, next appointment was 1 hour.” Drove down to the road to Silver State trailers, and drove away with a trailer a half hour later. You lost an easy sale.
Staff has been nothing but exceptional Great! They are, nice and work fast. The companys warranty on the raiders and parts are great too :) I highly recommend this company in Nevada!
