Great selection of high quality trailers. Sales experience was excellent. Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, not high pressure, detail oriented. End to end a great experience. Would shop there again in a second.
Could not get warranty repair on my trailer's frame. What happened? 1. Frame got cracked at the v nose upper side 2. Their mechanics didn't find the crack and just patched the outer metal sheet 3. See the pictures what happened to my new trailer, got refused with warranty and lost on trailer value as well as 2000$ fixing it by self. 4. Trailer Plus charged me 700$ for e tracks installation and after refused my warranty saying "you have lost your warranty because of e tracks has been installed" 5. Excellent service very knowledgable staff. Needed a quick turnaround on a trailer for a show. They were able to get it quoted, get it ordered and delivered within the week timeline. Really appreciate what they did. Recommend their service to everyone.
