If I could rate this Trailer World 10 stars I would. We originally came to Trailer World Bessemer around November of last year. We met Brian who is the ABSOLUTE BEST! We purchased a 7x14 enclosed trailer from him that day. Because of his amazing customer service, we are now in the process of buying a second trailer from him! He’s honest, attentive, and has the best personality. He needs a raise because he is the reason we will be buying a second trailer!! Thank you guys so much!!
It has been several months and I am still very happy with purchase.
Phenomenal experience buying my trailer at the Bessemer location! Brian is awesome! Attentive, knowledgeable and welcoming. I explained my needs and that this will be my first trailer. He took the time to walk me through the yard explaining the types of trailers and pros and cons. My timeline was short and he worked with me to get the trailer delivered early to give me time to drive with it prior to loading up my motorcycle.
