Bought big tex trailer then a week and a half later we had 2 bolts fall off ramps and a fender loosen. Due to the loose fender this rubbed on the tires and caused both of the tires shred while driving on the highway. Dealer passed us off to an 800 number. No help, no service. Lesson learned I guess. I am just so thankful me and my children didnt die from the lack of due diligence on their part, they could have easily gone through the trailer and tightened bolts and none of this would have happened.
