Great friendly people, got me fixed up with what I showed up to buy in a timely manner, would recommend anyone looking for a trailer to visit their location!
Just picked up a brand new a.m.o 20' car hauler from here last week. It was dark so I didnt look it over real good so in the daytime to my surprise the tops of the fenders were scratched up and rusting and various places around the trailer had rust forming already. Also what looks like water spots on top of them but it's in the paints finish. My dad was going to buy a trailer from you over the weekend. After making a deal the owner was in a hurry to leave so he was going to put my dads trailer in the road while my dad ran home to get his truck. Anyone would have been able to take the trailer. The guys reply was “well it’s your trailer”. Thanks for being a jerk my dad found a better trailer for 900 cheaper. So thanks for the arrogance you saved us money!
I bought a brand new AMO trailer from here 5 months ago & all of the bolts are rusting bad & all of the boards are warping & popping off. The back gate is also getting rusty. Bill Jones here at US TRAILER just told me on the phone that all of these problems are normal with any trailer you buy anywhere in the nation & that all they could do for me is replace the few boards that have popped off already & not any of the other rusted bolts & warping boards that have not popped off yet. Save yourself the trouble & shop elsewhere!
