I’ve been coming here for over a year now for my trailer maintenance and repairs. Very knowledgeable, fair pricing, and quick to get my trailer back in action. I use my trailer hard and I feel safe and confident knowing the wheel ends are installed properly and the brakes are adjusted correctly. I’ll be back again I’m sure.
When we were looking for a shop to install a fifth wheel hitch in our pickup we had shops put us out up to three weeks or they would say, "If you didn't buy it from us we can't help you." Jacob was recommended by Josh a trailer sales/repair business owner with great reviews and I was in a bind. Waiting on warranty or insurance covered repairs doesn’t work for me because my trailer is my source of income and Jacob provided above and beyond service accommodating me within his busy schedule in evening hours on a Monday. Absolutely delighted with my experience here! I originally brought my trailer in for a very obvious issue with the main door but after explaining some other concerns and issues I had been having, Jacob was willing to change plans and inspect the entire trailer for me. When he did find a problem he not only explained it to me in a way I could fully understand but also gave me all my options so I could pick what was best for my horses and budget.
