I booked an appointment to have wiring done for my van. The technician called me a day after I booked it to tell me he did not want to do the wiring installation. I already had the hitch installed (by UHaul) at another location last year; he said he doesn’t want to “go behind someone else’s work.” He blamed me for not getting the wiring done at the same time; I told him I didn’t need the wiring last year but he continued trying to tell me I did something wrong. Both of the customer service people at the two locations did their best to remedy the bad situation. Not their fault. The reservation system they use is aweful. Make sure you call tomake the appoinment.
