Went to get propane and was told it was locked up for the day. I was there 12 minutes to closing. Asked when the propane gets locked up and was told around 10 to 7. Told there’s not a specific time. Very frustrating. I understand having a long day and wanting to be done but closing services off early. I’ve always gone there to get propane filled. Never had a problem in the past. Maybe I missed a posting of hours specific for the propane. Could be my bad but employee didn’t care about customer satisfaction.
Chad and the local store were great. Hitch install is perfect. I think the opportunity for improvement is on the website. I clicked the box to "wait for my vehicle" while the hitch was installed. Chad called the day before my appointment to explain that I was welcome to wait, but it was hard to predict how long it could be due to any installations scheduled before mine and the potential difficulties they might offer - as well as if my older vehicle proved stubborn with seized bolts and whatnot. I showed up for my scheduled appointment to be told that I couldn't get my hitch installed because the installer tested positive for Covid and that someone should have called me days prior to inform me.
