I rent a vehicle for one day and I return it like some gas level and after two week they charge me like for fuel tank. I forget to make picture so be careful guys. These people is a scammer.
I ordered hitch for a new car’s bike holder here a month ago and only now was able to test it - everything worked perfectly! I want to highlight Gibson for great communication and management of my order! He notified me about potential ordering delays, and set up correct expectations of when I can do the service appointment. My hitch arrived earlier than expected, and it took about 1h to install it here.
I reserve for 6:30 to install hitch The guy first said i dont see your reservation Then saw the car and said we cant install on your car and i show the reservation document and he said its too late and we close at 7 and cant give u services and i asked him ok the 6:00 no one make reservation and u can start at 6 and he said i cant install hitch all the day. I came from batherst and i was in traffic for an hour
Gibson is friendly and understandable. His staff who help me to do the installation is very helpful and willing to do the extra step to help me
Delayed my hitch installation due to lack of staff till a weekend evening, and then completely failed to install all the electrics because they were out of parts. Epic fail, can’t use my new trailer. Fuming. Never use these guys, they are hopeless.
