Had a quick and easy tow hitch installation for my Model Y. Abel H. was super professional and friendly, took care of all the paperwork, and did a great job with the install. Excited to test it out with my bike rack and cargo carrier!
The lady was pretty friendly however I feel like the pricing for a truck was a bit expensive

I didn’t have my hitch installed. I arrived at the store and was told the technician who would normally install a hitch was no longer employed at the store. I took a day off of work for this installation and was not notified ahead of time that they wouldn’t be able to install the hitch. They were actually surprised I was even there as if they weren’t even aware of my appointment at all.
