I made an appointment, and my car was taken in in a timely fashion and the work was done efficiently.
I had a feeling I shouldn't have trusted them to hitch my car to the trailer but had no choice as I don't know how. They were 2 men, 1 who didn't even greet us, trash attitude but told us to move the truck and had his newbie coworker do all the work. Not even 150 miles to my move to Denver the straps were super loose and the wheels to my car were sideways. Could have cost me to lose my car and I wasn't even going over 55 miles an hour. Had to stop in Utah to have a neighborhood Uhaul staff take it off and put it on correctly... read more
