Bad experience, As it was waste of my time visiting the Tallahasse U-haul as they mentioned on "No one" available to install a hitch and mentioned that the installation person will call and setup a appointment... i dont know whats the point in booking a slot. Thanks U-haul for not installing a hitch
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. The entire job scheduled for May 30, 2023, was botched because the store manager, Avery Ross, apparently never approved the installation despite me making the appointment on May 2, 2023 and having a confirmed reservation for the installation - #85538774
Nothing. The confirmation I got said to just bring it in the day of the install, and when I did, after waiting for half an hour, they told me the manager hadn't approved the install so the confirmed appointment was canceled by the general manager.
