I needed to tow a car from A+ Auto to PepBoys and they told me that they can not rent both a truck and a dolly.
Put a trailer hitch on my 23 mazda in less than an hour. Easy peasy!
My appointment was at 12pm and it took until 3:30pm for them to finish installing a trailer hitch. Normally I wouldn’t be upset if given the proper notice, however, that wasn’t the case. It started off with me showing up and being told that they didn’t have the parts necessary to complete the install. For the record, I made this appointment 3 weeks ago on the 21st of June.
