Whatever “technician” installed the hitch on a friend’s car was supposed to remove a splash shield and cut a slot for the hitch to go through (as per Uhauls own YouTube video). Instead they threw the whole splash shield away ($50 part from Honda) to save 5 minutes and now the bumper is loose on the left side and bottom since there is nothing for it to attach to. 2 employees at the counter talking with each other I stood ther in front of them for 4 minutes as they didn't even look in my direction or acknowledge I was standing there I front of them. worst service ever.
