Don’t bother calling. You will be put on hold indefinitely. If you have anything more than basic question, ask to speak to a manager. And if your hitch was installed more than 5 years ago, and you paid for lifetime warranty, you better have proof of payment because their system does not go back past 2019. Even with proof it was an arduous experience that required multiple visits.

It is believed that the customer service and technical skills offered at this U-Haul full service depot, sets a high standard beyond what I expected. I was greeted enthusiastically by Krishnan. When I expressed to him that my vehicle was in for a hitch installation he took photos of my vehicle and received my keys.
