From the time I made my appointment it was 9 days before I was able to get my truck in to get a hitch put on when I finally get my truck in there the so-called manager did not order the wiring kit this guy seems very incompetent and not too sure about his job I guess it doesn't take any skill or customer service to get a manager's position at U-Haul I took my truck to a confident shop and they are taking care of it for me you need better managers and you need better employees these people don't care they have no customer ser... read more
