Terrible experience I’ll avoid coming here to get your hitch install at all cost. Made an appointment 4 days in advance when I get there they tell me they don’t have the parts. A car who was 2 hours late to his appointment was put in front of me. The manager is rude and doesn’t have any knowledge regarding anything going on in the store if I could give it a 0 I would made me drive 1 hour waste my time and they have the audacity to tell me they can’t do the job to go to a different Uhaul.
Very knowledgeable responses to questions and the service was done exactly as stated.
I had a great experience at UHaul with my hitch installation: Smooth and easy online scheduling, quick installation (faster than promised), excellent pricing (less than 1/3 of what my dealer quoted me), and a friendly associate. Highly recommend!
Frustrating waste of my day. Completely dissatisfied. I showed up after scheduling AND pre-paying online (and taking off work for the install). I was informed by the staff at the scheduled location that I had "done it wrong" that I should've called. It was inferred that it was my fault that they couldn't do the work for me.
