The appointment was booked through your main U-Haul phone number at a site where you don't offer trailer hitch installations. I didn't know that this location didn't do hitch installations, so when I showed up for my appointment, I was quite upset and disappointed that I had driven in to the city for a bogus appointment. Very poorly done U-Haul. Very poorly done!
They were kind, courteous, prompt, and honest. I didn't need a full wiring installation so this cost me half of what I had originally thought. You have no idea how valuable this kind of integrity means to both myself and every person I know who strives to live in a world where integrity means something. Thank you
