Hitch installer was very professional and it shows that he knows his job. Everything on time and as discussed. At the end, explained process of installation and proper way to use new hitch. Very good technician with rare to find these days customer oriented skills. Thank you David.
Very poor service. My appt.was cancelled due to mechanic illness. No offer of a new appointment time. I phoned and the call was forwarded to a call center and the they sent a message to to call me. No one called back so I called again and had to go through multiple questions about availability before getting a new time. Today my new booking was canceled again and I am sent to another location with no confirmed appt time for that location. There is no sense of what good customer service.
Very easy drop off and was done withing 4 hours
My installer Dave is fantastic. Explains the process and answers my questions so that I can understand. I always use the St. James location because of the service he provides, Dave is very polite and friendly. I recommend this location to friends because of his knowledge and expertise with all things involving trailer hitches. Thanks very much!
It was extremely disappointing experience. I drove an hour and a half into the city to have my hitch installed onto my vehicle at the appointed time I was given, only to find out that my hitch wasn’t in stock. The people at the store tried to indicate that it was my fault for miss understanding, because I was supposed to wait for another phone call when the product was in stock.
