Although the hitch was installed properly, scheduling and honoring an on-line appointment does not exist. I showed up 10 minutes before my 10AM appointment and was told there was another appointment at that time, there was only one mechanic, and the other appointment was there prior to me. I had to wait 1.5 hours before my car was even taken in. They said that on-line appointments are not reliable, but also said that they never check those appointments (so who really is the unreliable one)?
Double booked me and said I was out of luck
Horrible Customer Service and Attitudes. Walked away.
