Product is good. However, installation took 6 hours when I was told it would only take 1-2 hours. Then after 3 hour I was told it would be another hour, which it wasn't. Never coming back again.

Installing it mid week was perfect. Just in time to attach my bike rack for my bike ride that weekend!
