Excellent. Sales and mechanic well informed and communicate well.
I was advised by several auto shops to check with U-Haul for my hitch needs. I need to adjust the height on my weight distribution, which they were unable to assist me, claiming their shop wasn't large enough to receive it. As you can see from the photo, that doesn't seem to make any sense.
