Great customer service the two times that I've been to the shop. I needed some modifications on a hitch adapter and decided to just show up to see if they could help me. Gursimran helped me out right away and was able to complete the modifications quickly. I was on my way with a functioning bike rack. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
I made an appointment for installing a trailer hitch. Today I dropped off my car at 3pm and expected to be finished at 5pm. When I came back at 5:10, my car still left at the same spot without any job done. I waste 2 hours walking around in Port Moody. I prepared to go biking with my children next few days, but now I have to change my plan. I got refunded. Not trustworthy.
Gursimran worked hard! Very satisfied.
Got a hitch installed today. Staff were very helpful and answered all my questions. Jaz is the best!
