U-Haul took extra time to ensure I would get the hitch and equipment I needed, got my vehicle in promptly and put me back on the road before I expected. Great hitch and excellent service. Thanks
Long delays, poor communication and the staff were quite short with the customers. I was extremely unimpressed with the staff and environment at this location. I witnessed one frustrated customer have to endure a staff member rolling their eyes at him while another staff member continually interrupted to give unsolicited comments about a rental. Would not return, nor recommend.
