The general manager Peter and the lady at the desk were super kind and friendly. Peter was easy to talk to about the work being done and was transparent about it. I always come this location when I need a new hitch on a car and they never fail! Keep it up guys!
Unfortunately nothing good with my experience with U-Haul installing a hitch on my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. Sadly both my tail lights were broken with paint damage from the install. Even had to return to the store a second time because they incorrectly wired or simply forgot to connect the bumper sensors. It was a horrible experience that I would not wish on anyone.

VERY clear communication, which was surprising. We had not had that clarity from other U-Haul spaces in past experiences. Very nice. But the quality of the work, and the staff at the desk were great too.
