Had an appointment for 11am. Called them at 4pm to make sure I'd get my car back that day. They said no problem. Got dropped off at 5pm. Car not ready yet. Seemed like they hadn't done anything. At around 6pm they said they didn't have the right wiring so couldn't install the wiring. They said they'd have the wiring the next day. They did install the hitch. When I got in the car it smelled like Marijuana and my wife agreed. Next Day called to see if they've got the wiring. Said no but they'd call me back. Didn't receive a ca... read more

Great staff and service
Very rude response to my inquiry after hitch install. Did not receive ball with hitch install. What good is this $450 install without the ball?
They had a challenge and called a colleague from another location to help w the install- all went well
