Good job installing hitch. But sold me a hitch kit with garbage lock. In the hindsight I would buy my own in advance and bring it with me. When inquired about drop size I got : "it is the only one we got". But drop was fairly close to ideal, so I didn't bother

They told me it would take 1-2 hours, so I waited at a nearby coffee shop. After a while, they called and asked me to come back because there was a problem. Time is money in the line of my work. My appointment was at 11:00AM. The car was still out in the parking lot at 12:20AM. There was no notification on when it will be done. There is no coordination between the technician and the service desk rep. I was told that I will be called upon completion. No phone call after three hours. The job took a little over than 2 hours.
