I made a reservation and paid for it. I went to U-Haul to have a hitch installed, but they refused to do the installation. I had been waiting for a month for this! I will not recommend getting anything installed at U-Haul. They didn't even cancel the reservation, so I wasted time waiting and driving there.
Worst service. Had a hitch appointment, they said couldn’t do it cause installer quit. Rescheduled the following Sunday, was assured manager would get it done. Drove to Salisbury Ma, got here, was told I had to reschedule cause installer called out. It would have been nice if they called me to reschedule the appointment before I drove a half hour to get it installed.
