On time, easy to book, and helpful.
I booked online. When I arrived at the location for my appointment I was told that all the parts were not on site. The employee informed me that this happens all the time and that they call when parts are available. I asked why I wasn't called and told this. The employee said we just don't do that. (With a laugh) I drove an hour to get to the appointment. It was no laughing matter. Apparently this "happens all the time".(another laugh).
