I very much appreciate the kindness and expertise of Robert and Angie from the Clarksville location. Robert was gracious enough to give me a ride to a coffee shop to wait while my hitch was being installed, and Angie kept me updated step by step via text. they are lovely people
the lady was rude and nasty. she provided the worst customer service ever! she even tried to up charge me after she told me the intially price was 175$ and since when did u-haul start doing security deposits??? i’ve never in my life needed to provide a security deposit to rent a u-haul. EVER! they need new staff ASAP!
Kind of wish I had another vehicle that needed towing equipment. The guy who installed my trailer hitch was HILARIOUS. He did a great job and was kind enough to work with me on scheduling difficulties.
The staff were terrific! They were understanding and ready to provide details from the questions asked. The Wifi and waiting area needs improvement. The Wifi constantly kept going in and out, and the waiting area needs blinds or tinted windows. Yesterday, sun was torturous hot, and the A/C inside needed assistance with blinds or tinted windows.
I’ve been trying to call the location for over an hour to ask about the hitch installation because they’ve had my car for 9 hours now and they told me the hitch installer leaves around 3. It is 5. I’d rather not waste half an hour in the car to go and check in-person. Review could go up if they actually get my car back to me before my god damn bed time. 🥱
