They really need to be wary of which employees they allow to answer phones!! Priority 1 make sure they can speak understandable English!! Soooo Frustrating
If there is a small sitting area to sit and wait would be so great as sometimes customers like us who come from a far away distance have no any options to go anywhere after dropping off our vehicle and then just wander around the area to pass the time till our vehicle is ready for pickup. Other than that, the facility and staff is great and very helping. Thanks
