I scheduled the hitch installation appointment about 10 days in advance. No hitch supplies were ordered apparently. I received a call 30 mins before my appointment saying I was late and that they were cancelling as they didn’t have parts and they had no idea when they’d be in.
Great service.
Once it began it went quickly.
Terrible uhaul location. Overcharge you and try to take advantage of customers. DO NOT rent from here. Storage card readers never work and front desk staff and useless (except the manager, she knows her stuff). Zero stars if possible.
