I had to get the itched installed really quick because I was leaving Winnipeg in 2 days. The person at the central office searched all location in Winnipeg and find a location with the next day appointment available. Nothing to improve. Service was performed as expected, on time and on budget. No surprises. Personnel were professional to a tee. Excellent experience for the hitch and wiring install. I wish all locations were able to give service as this location did. dan
When going through where a hour and 15 minutes went to install a 7 and 4 pin wire plug to the original wiring harness upwhich is factory installed they refused to go through where the time was all spent, I had to persistently request to be explained why it took so long to install and test the plug before finally they got the person out to explain it.
