Purchased an enclosed 7x14 trailer on Friday May 1 2020. We had Lyndon Martin install a crank open roof vent. We picked up on Monday May 4 2020. I would like to say this was best experience I’ve had in purchasing a new unit. The family there treats you with up most respect. I just purchased a CAM car hauler from them this past weekend. Jim was very helpful over the phone, and answered my many questions about the different options they offered. After deciding on a trailer and setting up a pickup time they had all the paperwork filled out for tags and title and I was out the door in just a few minutes. After realizing I didn’t have the correct size ball on my hitch they swapped it out with the correct size for me free of charge and also gave me a new hitch pin. 10/10 would recommend!
I contacted Trailer Enterprises by email and mentioned a trailer I was looking at and when I arrived it was sitting at the office, so I didn’t have to look for it, and the service and cooperation I received was second to none. They are exceptional to work with!
