These people are life savers! I was hauling a mini excavator from Texas to Toledo and the brakes went out on my trailer, I called at least ten different places to try and get help, no one was interested in helping until I called empire and talked to James he was helpful , didn't act like I was bothering him or it was an inconvenience to talk to me.
