This place is great to deal with and the employees are great.
Called and asked about an ATV trailer that was on their website which was a tandom axle, they advised they had some in stock. Drove to Hagerstown and was told their ATV trailer is not tandom axle that the website was wrong. To get the trailer that was on the website the price difference was around $1,000 more.
I should have trusted this places ratings before i drove an hour. No wheeling or dealing here. Their website has false prices too so dont pay attention to them
Recently tried to have some warranty done at Trailer Depot in Hagerstown, Md. The Owner/Manager kept putting me off and doing new customers ahead of me. After promising to get to it "First thing on Saturday morning" the trailer hadn't been touched. Needless to say, I wouldn't recommend this place.

These guys saved my butt. I was traveling from VA. to OH pulling a trailer late on Saturday afternoon. I had a brake caliper freeze up on the trailer.. They stayed late and waited for me to arrive at closing time...did a quick temporary fix to get me back on the road...didn't charge me much either. I wish they had a shop in OH. Great guys who went out of their way to help a stranger.
