Don't let them install E Track !!!! They only use wood screws into OSB !!!!!! first time I used it they pulled out and damaged 2 bikes. When confronted about they say the are not responsible because they installed it properly. If you go to You Tube you can see a video from the manufacturer on how to install it. IT SAYS BOLT IT TO THE FRAME !!!!!! Or use bolts with fender washers !!! Never use them again !!!!
They made the purchase of my new trailer very easy, great selection to choose from and everyone was very personable!
