While I hate figuring out why my darn insurance never covers what I think it should, I still love this office. They take very good care of my entire family.
My appointment with Dr. Welch on Mon, Oct 30 was awesome. He clearly communicated the problem and presented a restoration to restore a molar. The procedure was executed with efficiency and competence. His assistant, Carrie, did everything she could to make me feel comfortable and at ease. The support staff were friendly and the office itself was inviting. Because of the exceptional service I received, I made the decision to switch Dentists and become a patient of record with Trail Ridge Dental.
Kind & professional. I will be a regular patient of this dental practice. I can't say enough nice things about the people and the care I received. There was a through explanation of my out of pocket costs and they provided me with a written care plan for my dental needs.
I'd broken a crown and needed it replaced on a tight timeline. Dr. Visger was able to see me on two days notice, and performed a fast and state of the art replacement. Highly recommended.
Dr. Visger and his staff were very friendly. I feel that they all went above and beyond. I am very happy with my experience with them.
40 years of seeing a dentist and this was the most comfortable I have ever been. Mouth X-rays always make us cry, cringe, choke, and eventually jump out of the chair to run for a pair of pliers instead - however, this was the first and only time I have had X-rays done that did not hurt. Thank you for caring!
The office staff and dental experts are all very friendly, the feeling of the space is quiet and peaceful. Dr. Visger is very kind and personable and very willing to explain things in detail. And there are no guilt trips anywhere to be seen - always a nice thing in a doctor's office! I highly recommend Trail Ridge and Dr. Visger.
I broke a crown in March, but after having a very bad experience with another dentist, I did not want to go back to him. I finally made an appointment with Dr. Welch on October 16th. He came in and looked at my mouth, gave me my options, and let me think about it for a little bit. I chose to have the old crown removed, and a new one put in.
