Never had maintenance requests completed so quickly and efficiently. Trail Ridge maintenance professionals were courteous and cleanly while completing items I requested. A note was there providing an update on my items so that I was not left wondering. One of which involved replacing a ceiling fan - again no dust or mess left at all. Thank you to both gentleman who treated my home like it was their own. Yet another fantastic amenity provided for our little community. I greatly appreciate them.
Wasn’t able to get more water pressure in the master bath sink , is this an issue or concern for these units ?
